This extra-illustrated one-volume bound in four of Picturesque Tour of the River Thames by William Westfall and Samuel Owen was published by Rudolph Ackermann of London in 1828. Each volume is bound in gilded red morocco. This set contains an additional 424 plates, aquatints, and maps from Rudolph Ackermann’s History of the University of Oxford, John Boydell’s A History of the River Thames, Edward William Cooke’s Views on the River Thames, and Samuel Ireland’s Picturesque Views on the River Thames, among others.
