A United States Navy large wood shield and crest with sword plaque presented to Assistant Chief of Staff For Plans – CINCPACFLT – Jul 72-Jun 76. **Note – Plaque the personal property of a retired U.S. Navy Captain and Carrier Pilot plus graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, 1947.
