Kathleen Zimbicki is a fixture in the Pittsburgh art scene as an artist, art advocate, and teacher. She has been painting her whole life and is primarily known for her whimsical and colorful watercolor paintings. She studied under Joseph Shepler and Henry Koerner and has exhibited her work all over the world. Zimbicki’s art can be found in the many private and public collections, including the Beard Collection, Australia, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Steubenville Construction Co., Steubenville, OH.
