Washington Quarters in Two Whitman Coin Binders 1965–1971. This lot contains two lightly used Whitman coin binders for collecting Washington quarters from 1965 on. These binders include thirteen quarters from 1965–1971; they feature a left-facing George Washington to the obverse and a raised wing eagle perched on a Roman fasces to the reverse. Designer: John Flanagan. Metal Content: Cupro-nickel. Diameter: 24.3 mm. Weight: approx. 5.67 grams (each). Coins appear lightly circulated.
