The Morgan dollar features a left facing Liberty ringed by thirteen stars to the obverse and raised wing eagle with shield clutching olive branches and arrows to the reverse. Designer: George T. Morgan. Mintage: 4,440,000. Metal Content: 90% silver, 10% copper. Diameter: 38.1mm. Weight: 26.73 grams. The silver eagle features a Walking Liberty with foliate bundle in front of the sun to the obverse and National Seal to the reverse. Designers: Adolph A. Weinman and John Mercanti.
