Morgan Silver Dollars in a Whitman Coin Binder. This lot consists of Morgan silver dollars from 1879-S, 1881, 1884, 1887-O, 1887-S, 1889-O, 1890, and 1890-S. The coins feature a left-facing Liberty ringed by thirteen stars to the obverse and a raised wing eagle with shield clutching olive branches and arrows to the reverse. Designer: George T. Morgan. Metal Content: 90% silver, 10% copper. Diameter: 38.1 mm. Weight: 26.73 grams (each). Coins are circulated with wear varying across the lot with some having evidence of an older cleaning.
