This coin features Liberty seated with staff and shield looking left over her shoulder with arrows at the date to the obverse and raised wing eagle with rays and shield clutching olive branches and arrows to the reverse. Designer: Christian Gobrecht. Mintage: 1,328,000. Metal content: 90% silver, 10% copper. Diameter: 15.9 mm. Weight: approximately 1.24 grams. Coin is circulated with moderate wear.
