Pistols cannot be purchased from an out of state bidder. Long guns (rifles/shotguns) can be purchased from bidders in certain adjoining states. The bidder is responsible for knowledge of State and Federal laws in their area. Firearms transfers will require a background check. Firearms will be brought to American Trading Company within 72 hours after payment has been processed. American Trading Company will then contact the winning bidder once they are ready for pickup. If you are a local winning bidder, please stop into the retail location along with paid invoice from EBTH during normal business hours to complete the background check and pick up your firearm(s). American Trading Company will also collect $20 for the FFL transfer fee. American Trading Company is located at 3621 Harrison Avenue, Cheviot, Ohio 45211. Any firearm not picked up within 30 days of the sale will be forfeited.

Any firearm purchased should be thoroughly inspected prior to firing. If the caliber is not marked the caliber is an estimate based upon measurements. Please check with a qualified gunsmith before firing any ammunition.
