- fair condition. Key for ignition has to be in just the right spot to start the engine. Change oil soon light is on. Right rear tire has a slow leak. Check engine light is on. Rear driver’s side door power lock does not work. Needs to be manually unlocked. Rear passenger door has rust along bottom. A/C not blowing cold air. Car does run, drive, and stop.

• EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.

• Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.

• The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
