Condition

- artwork is presented in a slightly over-large frame, with a small gap visible between the edges of the painting and the frame at the right side; craquelure, discoloration, minor scuffing, and accretions to paint; yellowing to varnish; slight indentations to canvas where the painting presses against the interior border of the stretchers; gaps present at the corners between the bars of frame; chipping, flaking, and loss to gesso accents and veneer of frame scattered throughout; abrasions, scratching, scuffing, discoloration, and loose debris to frame.
