- low pile wear, down to knot collars throughout; loss indicative of insect damage with visible foundation and threadbare areas scattered throughout; abrash, dye bleed, uneven fade, and discoloration to pile; loss and seperation of selvedge along one side; broken yarns, gaps, and snags to selvedge binding; distortion to form with variation in width and depth; loss from both fringe ends into primary border, with warps cut close to pile ends and unsecured.
