- soiling and loose debris present in pile; low pile wear and loss throughout with exposed knot collars and visible foundation; abrash, dye bleed, uneven fade to colors, and discoloration to pile; buckling and creases to rug from folded storage; broken yarns, loss, and snags to selvedge binding; fraying of weave and loss of fringe and kilim skirt at one end, with discoloration to both fringe ends; distortion to form with variation in width and depth.
