Condition
- several possible re-woven and re-piled areas of repair noted; warping; worn and low pile, with visible knot collars and foundation across surface; threadbare areas of pile loss concentrated at center; color variation and fading; abrash; areas of damaged, unraveling and fraying weave from fringe ends and corners; areas of lost and unraveling binding along the selvedges, with loose edge warps; loose surface debris; stitching along lower fringe end to prevent fray; original plaited end finish is lost on majority of ends, with a portion remaining in upper left corner.
