Ancient Roman Imperial AE Follis of Licinius I, ca. 308–324 AD. Obverse: ‘IMP LICINIVS AVG’ with laureate bust facing left in imperial mantle, holding mappa, globe and sceptre. Reverse: ‘IOVI CONS-ERVATORI AVGG’ with Jupiter standing left, naked but for chlamys across left shoulder, holding Victory on globe and scepter. Bound captive in left field. B in right field. Metal content: copper/bronze. Diameter: 19 mm. Weight: approximately 3.3 grams. Coin appears very lightly circulated.
