Roosevelt Dime Collection in Whitman Coin Binder Including Key Date 1955-S. This collection of forty-five dimes spans the years 19461968 and is housed in a Whitman coin binder. The coins feature a left-facing Franklin D. Roosevelt to the obverse and Liberty’s torch to the reverse. Designer: John R. Sinnock. Metal Content: 90% silver, 10% copper (1946–1964).
