- spots of thinned and lost pile, possibly from insect damage, within the borders towards one corner; abrash, light dye bleed, and uneven fade to pile; minor matted pile, creases, and buckling to rug from folded storage; other crushed and uneven pile wear; broken yarns and snags to selvedge binding; loss of fringe and fraying to weave at one end; dye bleed and discoloration to fringe; distortion to form with variation in width and depth.
