1907 Second National Bank of Hamilton, Ohio $1, $5, and $10 Notes. These notes were printed and issued during the Panic of 1907, also known as the Knickerbocker Crisis. The crash of the stock market and subsequent panic led to the monetary reform movement and the eventual creation of the Federal Reserve System in 1913. These notes were printed and circulated prior to that by the Second National Bank of Hamilton, Ohio and have been rendered obsolete. The notes have light toning, vertical and horizontal fold lines and measure 8′ × 3′.
