- surface and finish wear with nicks, scratches and abrasions consistent with age and use; converted wardrobe has electric, newer drawer and extended shelf added at a later date; door hinges have been repaired and no longer support the door, due to the positioning of the hinges; original case shows wear with finish loss and discoloration; cracks to the cornice; wear to corners and edges, wear to casters.
