A 1978 Rolex Datejust 18K yellow gold 1.67 ctw diamond wristwatch with 14K yellow gold bezel. This vintage timepiece features a round case with aftermarket bezel and dial that displays diamond hour markers as well as a magnified date window at the three o’clock mark. The luxury wristwatch also includes a leather bracelet with buckle clasp.
