Item Details
A vintage cane back rocking chair with arms. Has a lower seat and back than most adult size chairs, but is a bit larger than most child size chairs.. All hardwood construction, possibly maple. Very stable and comfortable to sit and rock in. Most likely a child’s rocker, due to size, and back height. It was previously speculated that this was a nursing rocker, but that does not seem to be the case.. Nursing rockers, historically, do not have arms.
