Charlie Wallace is an African-American artist based in Pittsburgh, known for his drawings and cut paper compositions of celebrity figures and Pop icons. In addition to Debbie Harry of Blondie, some of his subjects include Pee-wee Herman, Cher, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, the Witches of Eastwick, and Whitney Houston, among others.
