Mostly self-taught, Quinn began art at the age of 35. He spent most of his early life working odd jobs and was a delivery driver. Quinn found great use in found materials and created expressionist depictions of landscapes and animals, often with religious undertones. Quinn’s work can be found in the public collections of the Museum of American Folk Art and Smithsonian Institution Museum of American Art.
