Condition
- loss and areas of threadbare wear to pile, with visible knot collars and foundation weave throughout; color variation, abrash, and discoloration throughout; visible tears, gaps, and complete loss to much of selvedge finishing and the edge of the pile along both sides of the rug; significant fraying, gaps, loss, and discoloration to fringe at both ends; variation in width and depth and distortion to form; re-piled repairs noted in all corners; loss of pile and fray from fringe ends into guard borders.
