Framed John Singer Sargent Print "The Oyster Gatherers"

A framed John Singer Sargent photocopy offset lithograph print titled ‘The Oyster Gatherers’. Sargent (1856-1925) was an American painter, well known for his oil paintings and watercolors. This print depicts three women and two children wandering along a beach with baskets, ready to gather up any oysters they may find. A brass plate with the title and author’s name is placed below the print. Double matted and set behind glass in a gold tone wood frame.

Condition

Frame is sturdy, however there are several chips to the gold coating. Top, left corner joint is separating. There are several holes in the wood frame consistent with being improperly wall mounted.
