Five U.S. Mint Silver Proof Sets, 1998–2006. Each set is struck at the San Fransico mint. The 1998 set contains one Lincoln penny, one silver Jefferson nickel, one silver Roosevelt dime, one silver Washington quarter, and one silver Kennedy half dollar. The 2002–2006 sets contain one Lincoln penny, one silver Jefferson nickel, one silver Roosevelt dime, one silver Washington quarter, and one silver Kennedy half dollar, as well as four silver proof state quarters (each). Metal content: 90% silver and 10% copper (dimes, nickels, quarters, and half dollars).
