Large Format Series of 1899 $1 Silver Certificate. This silver certificate features a large raised winged eagle to the center, blue seals, and serial numbers with Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant to the bottom edge of the bill on the obverse. The reverse has geometric scrollwork and the note value. The note measure 7 1/4’ W X 3’ D and has been lightly circulated with vertical folds.
