Ancient Macedonian Kingdom, AR Drachm Coin of Alexander III, ‘The Great,’ ca. 310 B.C. Obverse: head of Herakles right, wearing lionskin headdress. Reverse: AΛEΞANΔΡOY to right of Zeus seated left, holding eagle and scepter, monogram beneath throne. Metal Content: silver. Diameter: 17.6 mm. Lightly circulated.
