Vintage Royal Doulton "The Mayor" Plate

A unique collectible plate produced by Royal Doulton as part of the ‘Professional Series’ in the mid 1940s. This plate features ‘The Mayor’ in rich reds and yellows with a regal band to adorn the plate rim. The plate back bears the Royal Doulton hallmark and dates the piece to between 1940 and 1948.
