Condition
- significant wear, loss, and loose threads to pile; evidence of loss caused by corrosive brown dyes; wear and loss to fringes; loss of pile and weave at fringe ends; selvedges have been removed and rug unwoven slightly into border to create side fringes; stitched reinforcement to prevent further fray along all edges; discoloration and soiling throughout; evidence of repair to some areas; irregularities to shape.
