A Bowflex Ultimate weight lifting equipment is an excellent strength training workout! It has two weight benches and various weighted pull bars. The manual is included. This item was tested and does work.

• Please note: This item does not have an alternative pick-up option. Pick-up is scheduled on Saturday, March 22nd from 10am – 3pm and you may be contacted for earlier pick-up.

• Please note: This item is heavy and located in a basement (climbing a flight of stairs is required). Please bring adequate help when collecting this item. Moving help will not be provided by EBTH employees.
