Rita Rozzi was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and is known for her landscapes, portraits, and genre oil paintings in which she explores value patterns as well as lost and found edges.

She holds a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctor from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, and for the past decade, she has studied with professional artist Greg Storer and professor of art Bruce Erikson. Rozzi is privately collected across the United States and is currently a visiting professor at Xavier University.
