Edie Harper described herself as a “Jill of all trades trying to master one,’ since she had been successful in many areas of art including photography, wood sculpture, weaving, and jewelry design, all in addition to painting and printmaking. Her husband, well-known artist and illustrator Charley Harper called her “the thinking man’s Bible illustrator.” Edie’s work has been exhibited at the Cincinnati Art Museum, Andover Art Museum, and the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, as well as many others.
