Steiff, antique donkey pull-toy.

This is such a great find! An circa early 20th century Steiff mohair sawdust filled donkey pull-toy. This cute little guy with black tipped tail, blue felt saddle, black tipped ears, black plastic eyes and sweet face is mounted to a metal base with wheels. The donkey has the Steiff tag on the inside of the ear. This piece is missing the pull string.

Condition

Fair to good for age. There is wear and balding to the mohair, rip to his left ear. Black paint to base is almost all worn away, wear to the wheels. Missing the harness and the saddle.
