Twenty 24K Gold Plated Sterling Silver East African Wild Life Society Medals. These medals were issued by the Franklin Mint. Each medal depicts a different animal including impala, gorillas, wildebeest, hippopotamus, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, gerenuk and others, with the name of the animal on the reverse. Also included is a gold plated sterling silver medal of the ‘Genus of Leonardo di Vinci.’ Designer: Anthony Jones. Metal Content: 24K gold electroplated .925 sterling silver. Diameter: 51mm each. Weight: 66.0 grams (each). Encapsulated with little to no wear with some toning; some cracked cases.
