Paul Feight is a Pennsylvania native whose earliest desire was to become an artist. His artwork began at a young age with training in landscape and figure drawing. As a young adult, Feight joined the United States Navy where he trained as an operating room technician and served four years before enrolling in the University of Pennsylvania to pursue art, majoring in printmaking and painting. Despite holding a long awaited degree in the arts, Feight enjoyed life in the operating room and decided to complete his nursing degree. Feight’s experience in the operating room inspires his artwork as he combines surgical motifs with a surrealist style.
