- overall with scuffs, scratches, nicks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; heavier scuffing to feet; right side facing door does not close properly; no hardware to open door; some drawers show chipped or cracked veneer; heavy dirt/dust residue; hardware is tarnished; top cornice is not attached; left facing corner of cornice is broken off and unstable; back corner has a piece broken off; splits and discoloration to backboards.
