W. Butcher of Sheffield Bowie Style Knife, Early to Mid 19th Century. This knife features a a full tang and clipped blade, silver guard and Gutta-percha style handle. The blade is approximately 14 inches long with a 6.5’ clip. The blade is marked with a ‘W’ and ‘R’ on either side of a crown above ‘W. Butcher Sheffield’ to the left ricasso.
