Additional Information A facsimile print copy after typed letter signed by President Harry S. Truman. Harry was corresponding with Carter T. Barron, who was the Washington representative of Loews Theaters. Harry was stating that he enjoyed the discussion he (Harry) had with Samuel Marx and a Mr. Owen about the “Atomic energy program”. The letter is dated November 26, 1945 (the atomic bomb was dropped on August 6, 1945). The letter is a vintage copy from the Marx estate.
