1893 Isabella Silver Quarter and 1893 Columbian Exposition Silver Half Dollar. This lot consists of a silver quarter with left facing Queen Isabella of Spain to the front and a kneeling woman holding a distaff for a spinning wheel to the reverse with the words, ‘Board of Lady Managers.’ The half dollar features a right facing Christopher Columbus to the obverse and the Santa Maria to the reverse. Designers: Charles Barber and George T. Morgan. Mintage: 24,191 (Isabella), 1,548,300. Diameter: 24.3mm (Isabella), 30.5. Weight: 6.25 grams (Isabella), 12.5 grams. Coins appear circulated; fine scratches to the reverse field of the Isabella quarter.
