This Morgan silver dollar was encapsulated and made available to the public in 1972 by the General Services Administration as part of the upcoming Bicentennial celebration. This coin features a left facing Liberty to the obverse and perched raised winged eagle clutching arrows and olive branches to the reverse. Designer: George T. Morgan. Mintage: 1,204,000, Metal Content: 90% silver, 10% copper. Diameter: 38.1mm. Weight: 26.73 grams. Coin is encapsulated, uncirculated and presented in the original boxes.
