The item is located in the basement with a walkout; however, the walkout does not connect to the driveway with a paved path. Winning bidder will be contacted after sale close and will be provided address to schedule the pick up. The piano must be removed from the property by end of business day of Friday, October 23.

• Item is unable to be shipped or transferred due to specific carrier restrictions. Item must be picked up locally by winning bidder during the published pickup times.
