• Item is located in the home gym basement of a historic home in the Clifton Gaslight district. There is a walkout basement with several cement stairs to the ground level. Due to limited street parking available, items will be available for pick up on October 24 by appointment between 10am and 2pm. Winning bidder will be contacted the day after sale close with address information and appointment time.

- abrasions, scuffing, scratching, and wear to barbells, machine, and attachments; some pitting to metal to Smith machine with surface rusting; includes five attachments.

• Item is unable to be shipped or transferred due to specific carrier restrictions. Item must be picked up locally by winning bidder during the published pickup times.
