Ancient Roman Imperial AR Denarius of Elagabalus, ca. 220 A.D. Obverse: IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate, horned, draped bust right. Reverse: INVICTVS SACERDOS AVG, Elagabalus standing left, holding patera sacrificing over altar and holding club upright, bull lying down behind altar, star in left field. Metal Content: silver. Diameter: 19.8 mm. Coin is lightly circulated. Reference Sear 7518.
