Antique Eastlake-Period Platform Rocking Chair
Item Details
An antique Eastlake-period platform rocking chair, skillfully constructed. Circa 1890s. Made of walnut in a decorative Victorian fashion with chip-carved decoration. The back, side arms, and seat are upholstered in an ivory satin fabric sprinkled with a dainty embroidered floral design.
Condition
The fabric shows its age. Stains and wear.
