1863 50-Cents Fractional Currency Note, Third Issue. This fractional currency note features a straight ahead facing Francis E. Spinner and the signatures of Colby and Spinner to the obverse. Note measures approximately 4.5″ × 2″ and appears very uncirculated with small toning spot to the upper left quadrant.
