1864 U.S. 10-Cent Fractional Currency Note, Third Issue. Note features a right facing George Washington to the obverse and red geometric reverse. These notes were the first fractional currency to have signatures of banking officials and this note bears the signatures of Colby and Spinner. Note measures 3 1/4″ × 1 7/8’. Note is very lightly circulated and was once part of the Milt Friedberg.
