A vintage Adrienne Vittadini ivory wool dress with pearl trim at the edge of the short sleeves and the high waist. The dress appears to be two pieces but is actually one piece with a zipper at the waist and three big pearl buttons down the back. A classic, ladylike dress perfect for evening wear.
