Best known for his soft representations of the landscapes and wildlife, Stroncek’s works depict a deep understanding of atmosphere and light of the outdoors. His works have been reproduced in publications such as Field & Stream, Wildlife Art, Fly Fisherman, and more. IN 1985 and 1988, Stroncek was awarded the California Wild Trout Stamp print design. He was represented regularly at the Birds in Art exhibitions.
