Antique Cast Iron Columbia Bank

Item Details

An antique cast iron Columbia Bank, painted white. Coin slot to back. ‘Columbia Bank’ is written above the cast ‘doors’ on each side of the square base. Maker’s mark to bottom, but ‘Kenton Ohio’ is the only legible part (has been painted white, making low relief mark difficult to read).

Condition

- fair, signs of age include scratches and wear to white paint. Disc securing coin removal on bottom is missing, but could easily be covered with another material for practical use.
