Roger Williams received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Columbus College of Art and Design in 1968. His post-modern and deconstructionist works have been exhibited at the Ohio State Urban Arts Space and the Columbus Museum of Art. He is also known for public murals in the Hilltop and Olde Towne East neighborhoods of Columbus.
